PKR89 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and PKR89 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the PKR89 website, services, games, and all associated features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the PKR89 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any other specific rules published on the platform — including bonus terms, game rules, and the Privacy Policy — all of which form part of the agreement between you and PKR89.

If you are using the platform on behalf of any third party or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they are equally bound by them.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

PKR89 is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. Creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet is not permitted if you are under 18. This restriction is absolute — there are no exceptions.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any other person.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual.

PKR89 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings generated by an account that cannot pass age verification will be void and not eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — are not permitted. PKR89 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment account details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. The KYC process requires submission of government-issued identity documents (CNIC) and may include proof of payment method ownership. KYC is a one-time process per account. Accounts that cannot complete KYC to PKR89's satisfaction will be unable to process withdrawals, and deposits made on such accounts may be returned to the original payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR89 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on PKR89 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. PKR89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds received from accounts that do not match your verified identity may be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

PKR89 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges for sending funds — these are outside PKR89's control and responsibility.

All deposits are final once processed. PKR89 does not accept charge-backs or payment reversals initiated by you as a substitute for following the proper withdrawal process. Attempting to initiate a charge-back while funds remain active in your account is a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Full details of available methods, minimum and maximum amounts, and processing times are on the Withdrawal page.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete. Once KYC is approved, future withdrawals are processed without repeat verification unless PKR89's fraud prevention systems flag a specific transaction for review.

PKR89 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times depend on the chosen method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval; Raast and bank transfers within a few hours on standard business days.

PKR89 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation. If a withdrawal is held, the account holder will be contacted and given the opportunity to provide any documentation required to resolve the hold.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PKR89 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the full terms of that specific promotion.

Key general principles that apply to all PKR89 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, depending on the offer) must be wagered across eligible games.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• PKR89 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already accepted and with ongoing wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Your withdrawable balance and bonus balance are displayed separately in your account wallet.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the PKR89 sports section are subject to the specific rules of the market and sport involved. PKR89 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets with obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), where the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a Cash Out option is available and you choose to exercise it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified rescheduling window, or abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that market and sport.
• PKR89 operates in-play betting on selected events. In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at the discretion of the trading team.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and event. These are shown in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.

Casino and slot games on PKR89 operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG — not by any pattern, previous result, or external influence. RTP figures for each game are available in the game information before play begins.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR89 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity or age information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes for profit.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy specifically designed to extract promotional funds without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other users in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Charging back deposits while account funds remain active.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access to any other person.

PKR89 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed and, where breaches are confirmed, appropriate action will be taken including closure and forfeiture of balances.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

PKR89 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when required.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• At the account holder's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the user's own request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, the remaining verified real money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

10 Privacy and Data

PKR89 collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes information provided at registration, KYC documents, transaction records, device information, and usage data. This information is used to operate the platform, process payments, comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirements, and improve platform services.

PKR89 is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

PKR89 is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from your own decisions while betting or playing.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

In all cases, PKR89's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net real money balance held in that user's account at the time of the claim.

13 Changes to Terms

PKR89 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified through a notice on the platform at login. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
